Elizabeth Summerfield. Born 1872 at Sandlands Farm, daughter of Charles Summerfield & Mary Blackbourn.
By 1891 her father had died and her mother had re-married Robert Saunders, a shepherd in Brandon.
Mary married Charles Ellis (born Carlton on Trent, Notts) in 1902 and for a while they lived in Brandon, possibly in Church Farm Cottage.
At some point after 1911 they moved to Osbournby where Charles was a miller. He died in Boston hospital in 1928 after a motorcycle accident near Wigtoft. Mary survived the crash and died in Osbournby in 1940. They had 5 children:
